Absolutely! Each of our four showrooms in Florida is open daily for in-person visits, where you can see materials, compare finishes, and explore our full collection. Hours vary by location, so we recommend checking the individual store page or calling for the most up-to-date hours before you visit.
Yes, you can always select shipping or pickup while placing your online order. For up-to-date pickup hours, please contact your closest showroom.
Some large furniture cannot be shipped and requires pickup or local delivery. For customers near one of our locations—Jacksonville Beach, Fernandina Beach, St. Augustine, or Ormond Beach—we offer in-house truck delivery within a 60-mile radius of a showroom.
We offer shipping for many other pieces and accessories. Orders can be placed online and shipped anywhere in the country.
Returns are accepted on most items within a specified period (please see our full Return Policy for details). Because many pieces are handcrafted and custom, some exclusions may apply. Shipping and delivery fees are not eligible for a refund.
We take great care in packaging and handling. If your furniture arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@tgregoryimports.com or call (904) 342-7097. We’ll guide you through repair, replacement, or claims with the shipping carrier. Large-piece deliveries by our team are also handled with care; any issues are addressed promptly and resolved to your satisfaction.
